09.06.23 Encap4health had a strong attendance and multiple interactions with interested colleagues from academia and food industry during the 21st Gums and Stabilizers for the Food Industry conference in Thessaloniki. A great experience for our early stage researchers and a good way to promote networking. 

30.05.23 Another network event to keep with career development and training of consortium members: Encap4health has organized a hybrid webinar on "Innovation: commercialisation of encapsulation research". Thanks to M. Walsh and S. Sheadon from Teagasc (Ireland) and E. Curtin from University College Cork. Thanks also to all A. Mihelakis from Symrise AG and A. Fitzsimonis from Anabio Ltd. 

20.01.23 The Encap4health consortium has held two workshops in Buenos Aires. The first dealt with "Engineering, scale-up and economics of microencapsulation". Great input from James Oxley from Southwestern Research Institute in San Antonio (Texas), Denis Poncelet from EncapProcess and Sinead Bleiel from Anabio Ltd. Second one was on "Form and function of microcapsules" given by Prof. Pinho from University Sao Paolo and André Brodkorb from Teagasc in Ireland.

02.03.21 ENCAP4HEALTH and Bioencapsulation Research Group continue their joint webinar with "Microencapsulation in Food" given by Maria Victoria Defain and Ramiro Andres Itturalde from the Instituto Nacional de Tecnolgia Industrial from Argentina. 27.01.21 We are pleased to announce the forthcoming webinars organised with the Bioencapsulation Research Group on "Encapsulation by spray-drying" held by Jenny Weißbrodt from Symrise AG on February 11th at 3 p.m (CET) and "Interfacial phenomena and microcapsule stability" given by Stephan Drusch from TU Berlin on February 25th at 3 p.m. (CET).
